Coming together as a means of making our communities better and safer places to live, work, and do business. Our Virginia Chapter is the first in the nation under the umbrella of the International Code Council’s National WICED organization.

Our mission is to promote the value, recognition, and professional development of women in code enforcement and development within the Commonwealth of Virginia through mentoring, education, networking, and collaboration. Although, we are a women driven organization, we do have men as part of our membership who attend our meetings, events, and support our women and our mission.
